RENT PAYMENT: 50% due within 10 days after making reservation, cashier`s check, personal check or traveler´s check.

Deposits: 50% of entire amount (minimum of $ 1000) due with 50% rent payment within 10 days after making reservation,
cashier`s check, personal check or traveler´s check .

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs before the 30 day period, your money will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee if the property is re-rented for the same time period. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival, 50% will be held to be useable towards a future reservation.
